My journey in event and wedding planning began in the rolling vineyards of Sonoma, California, in 2015. I’ve since orchestrated over 75 weddings worldwide. My background in Clinical Psychology and Mind-Body Medicine from Columbia University allows me to integrate a relationship-centered approach to wedding planning, helping couples cultivate a strong foundation for marriage while designing a wedding experience that reflects their unique story.
This background informs my unique approach to couples counseling, which blends mindfulness, narrative identity, and emotional attunement to help partners deepen their connection. I work closely with couples to transform wedding planning into an opportunity for growth, fostering communication and emotional intimacy while building a foundation for a lifelong partnership. By integrating counseling into the planning process, I ensure your wedding not only reflects your love story but also strengthens it.
